D6040 is the newest model of ARIS Line. This small size warewasher is perfect for undercounter installations. Thanks to its versatility, D6040 is
the ideal solution for catering activities dealing with a great number of dishes (max 22 pizza dishes/basket) and trays in a very small place,
granting a maximum productivity of 40 basket/hour (880 dishes/hour). Using the specific basket is it possible to wash GN 1/1 trays height up to
65mm, bakery box and 600×400 trays exploiting the dimensions of a very usfeful undercounter warewasher. Thanks to the powerful wash pump
and the Ø30mm washing arms, removing the most persistent dirt will not be your problem using a 120 sec cycle. The drain pump optional allows
you to handle the drain automatically and perform a partial replacement of clean water at each wash cycle.
This next generation warewasher is controlled by a simple and really efficient power board that offer the possibility to cotrol and set washing and
rinsing temperatures and washing and rinsing Thermostops. Also rinse and drain times can be controlled, while checking temperatures is made
by very precise NTC probes.
