APACH 700 SERIES 4 HOTPLATES RANGE ELECTRIC APRE-77QP — a large scaled model (positioned on the floor) designed for equipping professional kitchens of catering establishments. The model is equipped with four low hotplates with a capacity of 2.5 kW made of high quality cast iron. A thermostat with protection from overheating allows setting one of 6 temperature modes. The cooking surface of the stove is equipped with special edges for collecting liquid. The housing is made of food-grade stainless steel.
