APACH 700 SERIES TILTING BRATT PAN ELECTRIC APSE-87 is used for the heat treatment of products. Heat treatment of products is carried out in the temperature range from + 75 to 300 °C. The pan housing is made of stainless steel AISI 304 with scotch-brite coating. The maximum capacity is 50 liters. The rounded corners make unloading the products and cleaning the pan much easier. The working volume is closed with a steel cover with an ergonomic handle. The model is equipped with a manual tilting system and a convenient screw mechanism for lifting and lowering the bowl. The water tap is located on the front side. The control system works with a thermostat that allows you to set the perfect heating temperature. The heating elements are located on the outer lower part of the working volume. The pan has dimensions of 800х700х850. It is powered by 400 V. Maximum power consumption does not exceed 9 kW. The total weight is 115 kg.
